Xtreme Clutch are now offering performance upgrades for the BMW E39 M5. These upgrades are based on the Xtreme Clutch 230mm multi-disc clutch assembly and are available with either organic or ceramic friction discs for street and motorsport use respectively.
Each kit offers a lightweight construction with an aluminium pressure plate and 4140 chromoly flywheel whilst still offering a significant increase in torque capacity. The organic version of the kit offers an 1210 Nm peak torque capacity whilst the ceramic version offers a 1830 Nm peak torque capacity, making these kits ideal for high powered vehicles that still require excellent driveability.

Xtreme Clutch at Autosport International 2020, Birmingham UK
Autosport International in 2020 is celebrating the 30th anniversary this running event for motorsport success! With over 60% of trade visitors attending to keep up with what is happening in motorsport, there is a lot more exciting entities to cover across the exclusive “trade-only” Thursday and Friday.
This year we were attending at Autosport Engineering Show which offers the opportunity to discover the latest industry innovations as well as the opportunity to collaborate with new businesses.
Xtreme Clutch during two trade-only days in NEC Birmingham UK presented already launched several new kits for the European. These new kits include a 230mm sprung organic twin plate upgrade for the Ford Focus RS MK3 and a range of 230mm twin plate upgrades to suit the BMW E90 M3. These kits have been designed to ensure significant increases in torque capacity for street and dedicated Motorsport applications.
The new kits come complete with all hardware required for a successful installation including a replacement concentric slave cylinder (thrust bearing for BMW kits), pilot bearing, flywheel bolts, pressure plate bolts and a metal alignment tool. The BMW kits are available with both organic and ceramic friction materials for high performance street and motorsport applications respectively.
The Ford Focus RS MK3 230mm kit is a new revision for Xtreme Clutch, now offering a sprung centre version of the already highly popular kit. “Our new 230mm sprung twin plate kit for the Ford Focus RS MK3 has been designed to offer improved dampening for the transmission, making it more suitable for very high horsepower daily driven vehicles,” explains Stewart Furze, Xtreme Clutch Mechanical Engineer, “Our twin plate organic kits have proven to be very popular throughout Europe and we are pleased to showcase this new version of the kit at the Autosport International 2020.”
Xtreme Clutch at 14th Professional MotorSport World Expo
Xtreme Clutch was exhibiting the products for motorsport enthusiasts at 14th Professional MotorSport World Expo which was running during three full days (13-15 of November) in Cologne where were presented over 230 exhibitors.
PMW Expo 2019 again offered a diverse mix of free-to-attend workshops giving useful tips and advice on subjects such as race car chassis dynamics, optimizing aerodynamics, simulation, electrification in motorsport, test and development, powertrain performance, understanding race car data, plus a look at performance-related enhancements for fast road and track days and many other sessions dedicated enhancing and optimizing race car performance.
Visitors could learn more about the latest Xtreme Clutch for BMW M3 E90/E92/E93, upgraded Xtreme Clutch for Ford Focus RS MK3 & Ford Focus ST MK3 and Xtreme Clutch for Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII, VIII, IX, BMW M3 E36, Hyundai i30N Turbo, Nissan 180SX, 200SX/S13-S15.

Held at the NEC since January 1991, Autosport International was celebrating its 29th anniversary between the 10th and 13th January 2019 at the NEC in Birmingham.
Professional MotorSport World Expo 2018
Professional MotorSport World Expo 2018 was another great show with a fantastic line-up of exhibitors presenting a wide range of technical innovations and solutions to help enhance your racing season in 2018.
Staged in the second week of November, the show is scheduled to give race teams time to look at and consider which technologies are likely to fit in with their 2018 and 2019 programmes. The show is not open to the general public – this is an advantage because the exhibitors are able to focus on equipment problems and detailed technical analysis.
Xtreme Clutch display presented the latest sets of clutches such as the Hyundai i30N clutch kit. This is the first clutch of its kind to offer 240 alloy cover, a lightweight flywheel and is available in road (organic clutch disc) or racing (ceramic clutch disc) versions. We also had a lot of different Clutch Kits including Ford Focus RS 230 mm twin plate organic kit and Golf GTI 2.0 MK6 & MK7 240 mm alloy single plate, ceramic performnace upgrade.
The stand was very popular and our employees were eager to consider all scenarios and help to select appropriate solutions for each individual inquiry.
Xtreme Performance Clutch – Global Media Awards at SEMA Show 2018!
Xtreme Performance Clutch has recently won two Global Media Awards for new products at the SEMA Show 2018, held in Las Vegas. The awards, which are judged by a select group of top journalists from countries around the world, recognise products that offer excellent consumer appeal and are likely to succeed in the journalist’s home country.
Xtreme Performance Clutch won an award for their new 2018 Ford Mustang 9″ twin disc organic clutch and their Hyundai Veloster/i30 N 9.5″ performance upgrade kit. Both of these kits have been designed for street use but are also available with ceramic friction material for motorsport applications.

Automechanika Show Invitation
Every two years, the decision makers of the automotive sector meet in Frankfurt. The world’s leading trade fair for the sector – the next edition of which will be held from 11 to 15 September 2018 and once again attract more than 4,800 exhibitors from 74 countries – is the interface for industry, workshops and the trade. Many exhibitors orient their product cycles round the dates of Automechanika Frankfurt because the fair is and will remain the foremost platform for innovations.

CRC Speedshow New Zealand
Xtreme Clutch Exhibit at CRC Speedshow New Zealand
The performance and racing division of Australian Clutch Services, Xtreme Clutch, have recently exhibited at the CRC Speedshow in Auckland, held on the 21st and 22nd of July.
The show, which is a showcase of some of the finest modified and performance cars in New Zealand, gave Xtreme Clutch the opportunity to showcase a wide range of its performance range in support of New Zealand distributor, BNT.
“The CRC Speedshow is one of our favourite events on the calendar.” Explains Simon Acton, ACS General Manager, Sales and Marketing, “We had a wide range of products on display to suit both racing applications and performance street cars and we had excellent feedback on the products. It is great to see the enthusiasm for motorsport in New Zealand and we were very impressed with the quality of the cars on display.”
Xtreme Clutch has also recently joined the Evergreen Drift Park just outside of Auckland. The newly opened drift park has been developed by New Zealand D1 series drifter, Sky Zhao, and also includes a drift academy for drivers looking to learn how to drift. “The Evergreen Drift Park is a fantastic development and we are looking forward to seeing it evolve even further in the future.” Says Simon, “The track provides a location for people who want to drift in a safe and controlled environment and also gives drivers the opportunity to develop their skills regardless of whether they are beginners or already compete.”
